SITE TERMS

Miller Electric Terms of Service

Effective July 31, 2026

1. Informational scope

This website presents general information about welding machines, process categories, application review and support routing. It does not create a welding procedure specification, certify an operator, authorize electrical installation or replace the current manual supplied for a specific machine and serial range. Product availability, accessories, ratings and documentation may vary by region and configuration.

2. Equipment inquiries

Information submitted through an inquiry form should be accurate to the best of the sender’s knowledge. Useful inputs include base metal, thickness, joint position, process, available power and expected arc-on pattern. A response is based on the context supplied and remains subject to verification against applicable manuals, local requirements and a representative test.

3. Safe use and qualified work

Welding and plasma cutting involve electrical, thermal, optical, fume, gas and mechanical hazards. Users remain responsible for suitable training, personal protective equipment, ventilation, fire prevention, work-area controls and compliance with applicable rules. Electrical installation, internal equipment service and procedure qualification must be performed by personnel authorized for those tasks.

4. Content accuracy and limitations

Reasonable care is used when preparing site content, but a webpage can become outdated or omit model-specific conditions. Rated output must be read with its voltage, duty cycle and input-power basis. Recommended cut thickness must not be treated as identical to severance capacity. Process examples are not guarantees of weld quality because results also depend on preparation, consumables, shielding, technique and inspection criteria.

5. Intellectual property

Site text, layout and original graphics may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except for normal browser caching, printing a reasonable excerpt for an internal equipment review, or another use allowed by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. External links

Links to external services are provided for convenience. Their availability, security and content are controlled by their operators. Opening an external link does not constitute an endorsement of every statement or service on the destination site.

7. Contact

Questions about these terms may be submitted through the contact page. Include the page address and a concise description of the issue so the request can be routed correctly.
